Diagnosed with ADHD at 46?
Feeling like you’ve wasted years? Like your best days are behind you?
I get it. I WAS you.
But here’s what I learned in the 27 years since my diagnosis:
Late diagnosis isn’t the end. It’s the beginning.
At 73, I’m:
· Fitter than I was at 50 (24kg lost and maintained)
· Building successful businesses that work WITH my brain
· Teaching thousands of ADHD adults to thrive, not just survive
There’s no finish line. But there IS transformation.
Let me show you what 27 years of ADHD expertise looks like..

The Story Behind This One Page
📖 Quick read: 2 minutes
Do you remember the moment you realised you weren’t lazy?
Maybe it was the diagnosis. Maybe it was a conversation. Maybe it was something you read at 2am that made you put your phone down and stare at the ceiling.
That moment — that shift — is what we’re talking about today.
The Story Behind This One Page
When I was diagnosed at 46, 27 years ago all I got was a label, a prescription, and a stack of information about what was wrong with me.
Nobody told me what was right with me.
So I spent the next 27 years figuring it out — through building businesses, losing 24 kilos, writing books, and slowly, painstakingly rewiring the story I told myself about who I was.
Here’s what I learned: the problem was not my ADHD brain.
The problem was that I never had the right mindset.
Your ADHD Mindset Is a Choice — And It’s Already Built
Not a personality. Not a mood. Not something you have on good days.
A mindset is a set of operating beliefs — the invisible instructions your brain runs on every single day.
Most of us with late-diagnosed ADHD have been running on someone else’s mindset for decades. Instructions that said: you’re disorganised, you’re too much, you can’t finish what you start.
We’re done with that.
The ADHD Advantage mindset has three pillars:
1. Who I Am — I am neither a victim nor a prisoner of my ADHD. My challenges are real. My advantages are real. I refuse to apologise for either.
2. How I Think — I see my neurodiversity as a dynamo of creative energy. I live in the present. I thrive in environments that capture my interests.
3. How I Live — I use my hyperfocus for innovation. I channel my impulsivity to serve others. I allow myself the freedom to live boldly and authentically.
These aren’t affirmations. They’re operational decisions. And when we make them consciously — when we choose our mindset instead of inheriting it — everything changes.

I’ve put these three pillars into a single one-page reference document — My ADHD Mindset — that you can print, pin, or save to your phone.
It’s not a worksheet. It’s not a course module. It’s the one-page framework I wish someone had handed me at 46.

One question before you go:
Which of the three pillars — Who I Am, How I Think, or How I Live — do you most need to reclaim right now?

Readers Review
“I just finished reading, I love your balance of giving the science and then being authentic. It feels easier to understand that way. I appreciate the example under limited working memory and LOVE the action steps at the end.”. – Alexxa
